The apartment with three and a half rooms is on the ground floor of the renovated typical "Ticino" house Casa Ghiggi. It offers a partial view over the lake and mountains, is quiet and sunny. Complementary parking (2.5m high) in front of the house. Laundry facility is available for a small fee. The apartment with two rooms has received 4.5 stars from the tourist office.

The apartment with 4 beds measures approx. 90m2 and has been recently renovated. In the kitchen, you will find a big refrigerator, a cooking-range, a baking-oven/steamer, a dish washer and various coffee-machines (Nespresso & Delicio systems, filter coffee). Between the kitchen and the dining-eatingroom, there is a bar. In the dining-livingroom there is a stone-granit-table with chairs, a sofa, a tiled stove, TV (Sunrise with 7 days replay function), Blu-ray-Player, radio, CD-player, telephone and internet access (WiFi). The larger bedroom has a double-bed, a table and a cupboard. The second bedroom includes two single-beds, a table and a cupboard. The feather-beds are 160 x 210 cm. All three rooms have windows with direct access to the private garden. In the bath-room, there is a bad tube and a separate rain shower, toilet, a double wash-basin and hair-dryer.

The private garden (besides the shared one) includes a granite table and benches, a large table with chairs, large blind and deck chairs.
